This is a complete copy of the 3rd Edition; only title pages and Chapter XXVI scanned. This book was presented as a prize from Wyggerton Grammar School for Boys, Leicester, to A Brewin, Form IV Science, in July 1923 who was later to become Director of the Explosives Research and Development Establishment, Waltham Abbey!
