Patented in 1928 and produced up to 1937 this is a fully automatic pistol with detachable magazine of 10 or 20 rounds. Issued to the Guardia Civil it was used extensively in the Spanish Civil War. Also very popular in China, to where most were exported. A well made weapon which influenced Mauser to produce a similar weapon.
