Biography:

1. Henry Webb was employed as a Puntman at 2/8d per day, and allowed to watch in turn (Supply 5/229 dated the 29th August 1812). 2. Supply 5/230 dated the 13th February 1814 recorded a John Webb as a puntman, but this is thought to be a clerical error and should, perhaps, read Henry Webb.
