Biography:
1. Benjamin Watts was first employed by the Board as an Occasional Labourer in the Engineers' Department, earning 2/8d per day He was a 40-year-old married man without children, who lived in Waltham Abbey (WO54/516 dated February 1816).
2. The previous details were updated by WO54/520 of the 20th February 1817. He was then only paid 2/4d per day, but all other details remained unchanged.
