Biography:
1. William Taylor was employed as a Labourer "drawing and setting stoves and in the willow plantation" who was paid 2/8d per day, and allowed to watch in turn (Supply 5/229 dated the 29th August 1812).
2. Taylor, together with Charles Carter, was apprehended by the Thames police for being in possession of Government stores from the Mills at Waltham Abbey, but the outcome is unknown (Supply 5/208 dated the 3rd April 1833).
