Biography:
1. Edward Speller (3) was a Cooper. He was a single man, aged 20, who lived in Waltham Abbey and earned 3/6d per day, but he was not allowed to watch. (List of Employees dated the 25th June 1818 - Supply 5/231)
2. The above information was updated by WO54/524 of the same date, which was an original document. This document confirmed his age was 20, but stated that he was paid 4/-d per day. All other details were the same.
