Biography:
1. Thomas Sharp was first employed by the Board as an occasional Labourer on the 14th November 1815, earning 2/8d per day in the Engineers' Department. He was a 52-year-old married man with 4 children and lived in Enfield (WO54/516 dated February 1816).
