Biography:
1. Thomas Reeves was first employed by the Board on the 10th July 1813 as a casual Millwright in the Engineers' Department. He was a 30-year-old married man with 3 children living in Waltham Abbey, and was paid 5/8d per day (WO54/516 dated February 1816).
