Accident Description: "Lower Queen's Mead (lower part of Edmonsey) Mill blew up. It was violent, much injury done. The shock was felt all over the town, and gave greater alarm than was ever heard of before.. It was supposed that more than the ordinary quantity of powder had been put into the mill."
